- Issue subpoenas and document demands to the cryptocurrency exchanges on an expedited basis demanding the identities of the John Doe hackers and production of records from the exchanges showing all transactions into and out of the hackers’ accounts.
After obtaining the John Doe hackers’ true identities, we have been able to bring lawsuits against them personally and obtain against them judgments for the full amount of assets stolen from our clients. And when those hackers have been domiciled overseas, we have been able to serve lawsuits upon them through creative electronic means that we have had approved by numerous federal courts.
